The adult gym has 24 pieces of equipment available, 14 Cardio and 10 Resistance machines with free weights and core areas available. The cardio consists of treadmills, recumbent and upright bikes, arc trainers and a rowing machine.
All equipment is Cybex branded and the use of the equipment in managed by computer sofeware which allows customers to measure those vital ingrediants to help monitor their progress on their way to a healthier lifestyle.
