SLAM cdt offer an exercise on referral to people wishing to improve health due to illness, injury or other health problems.

To apply for exercise on referral you will first need to book an appointment with your GP, physio or any other health professional that can refer you.

Shortly after speaking with your GP etc, you will recieve a letter to confirm whether your application has been accepted, and then to call us to arrange an induction.

The whole process from contact with your GP to having an induction with us should take no longer than 2 weeks.

The course is a 12 week plan where you will work with one of our qualified exercise referral instructors to hopefully meet your requirements and reason for referral.

Prices are: £2.50 per session or £1.50 per session if on a concession (you must have proff of receiveing council tax or housing benefit and/or registered disabled to recieve concession prices)
